Stack18 turns ideas into intelligent products — combining AI, automation, and execution-led innovation to solve real operational challenges at scale.
Stack18 operates at the intersection of AI, software, and execution. We partner with startups, enterprises, and emerging ventures to design and deploy intelligent systems that don't just assist — they operate.
From autonomous agents and SaaS platforms to bespoke enterprise solutions — we move fast from concept to deployment, with a relentless focus on practical outcomes.
AI-native product design. We embed intelligence into the core of every system — not as a feature, but as the foundation.
Autonomous workflows that eliminate friction. We automate processes so teams can focus on decisions, not repetitive execution.
Speed from concept to deployment. We build with urgency, ship working products, and iterate fast on real feedback.
A purpose-built SaaS discovery and procurement marketplace designed for modern business operations.
We incubate, build, and co-create new ventures from the ground up — combining capital thinking with product execution.
Custom digital transformation programs — from AI integration to full-scale product development.
Whether you're a startup seeking a technical partner or an enterprise undergoing transformation — let's build together.
Stack18 is a digital transformation company built around one belief: that great products should solve real problems, move fast, and operate intelligently.
Our charter isn't a list of values plastered on a wall. It's a set of operating principles — tested in practice, refined through execution, and visible in everything we ship.
We think in products, not projects. Every engagement ends with something that works — not a report or a deck.
AI is not a layer we add — it's the default starting point. We design systems that learn, adapt, and improve over time.
We compress timelines without cutting corners. Moving from idea to deployed product in weeks is core to our model.
We don't celebrate activity. We celebrate results — workflows automated, decisions accelerated, revenue generated.
Every system we build is designed from day one to scale — technically, operationally, and commercially.
Stack18 began with a simple frustration: too many businesses were investing heavily in digital transformation and getting very little to show for it.
We set out to build differently — with urgency, clarity, and a product-first lens. Our name reflects our philosophy: a full stack of capabilities — eighteen layers of expertise from idea to infrastructure.
Stack18 was founded with one goal: to build products that actually work. No consulting fluff, no vaporware. Just functional, intelligent systems.
We launched SaasKart — proving that AI-native products could be built fast, deployed fast, and adopted fast.
We formalised our venture studio practice to co-build new businesses with founders who want more than just a dev shop.
Today, Stack18 operates across three verticals — Platforms, Ventures, and Solutions — serving businesses globally from India.
Stack18 builds and operates its own suite of intelligent platforms — each designed to solve a specific operational problem at scale. More platforms are in active development.
These aren't projects. They're live products — used by real businesses, refined continuously, and built to grow.
The SaaS discovery and procurement marketplace — built for modern businesses to find, evaluate, and deploy the right software tools faster.
The AI agent marketplace — deploy autonomous AI agents for real business tasks without writing a single line of code.
Intelligent data pipeline and transformation platform. Build, monitor, and automate complex data workflows without deep engineering overhead.
The operational intelligence layer for growing businesses. Real-time visibility into operations, decisions, and performance — powered by AI.
Something new is being built in Stack Labs. We don't announce until it ships.
We don't just advise founders — we co-build companies with them. Stack Labs is a venture studio that combines capital, product engineering, and operational infrastructure to take bold ideas from zero to launch. Think Techstars meets a full product team.
Accelerators give you money, mentors, and 90 days. You're on your own to build the product, hire a team, and figure out go-to-market. Most founders struggle and many fail — not for lack of ideas, but for lack of execution infrastructure.
Stack Labs is different. We co-found. We embed our engineering and product team into your venture from day one. We don't write a cheque and wish you luck — we show up, we build, we sell, and we scale alongside you.
When you're in Stack Labs, you have the resources of an established company behind your startup — without giving up the speed, equity, and culture of a lean founding team.
Our engineering team designs and develops your product from sprint one. You get a fully staffed product team — not a list of vendor introductions.
Stack Labs takes equity in return for the infrastructure and engineering we provide. Skin in the game — aligned incentives from day one.
Leverage the Stack18 customer network, platforms, and partner relationships to get your first customers — before you've built a sales team.
Cloud infrastructure, legal, finance, compliance, hiring support — all shared across the Stack Labs portfolio, dramatically reducing your fixed costs.

Stack Labs takes more equity than a traditional accelerator because we contribute significantly more — engineering, product, infrastructure, and market access. Our equity is earned through delivery, not just a cheque.
Every Stack Labs venture goes through a structured 16-week programme. It's intensive, fast, and built around one outcome: a working product in the hands of paying customers by week 16.
We spend the first week understanding the problem at a deep level — not just what the founder thinks it is, but what potential customers actually experience. Structured customer interviews, competitor analysis, and market sizing.
Technical architecture decisions made with future scale in mind. AI integration strategy defined. Data model designed. Stack selected. Everything documented before a line of code is written.
Who is the ideal customer? What does the sales motion look like? What's the pricing model? What does success look like in month 6? All defined and stress-tested before we start building.
Equity structure, legal entity setup, founder vesting schedule, and operating agreement finalised. We move fast but structure things properly from the start.
Two-week sprints with clear deliverables. The Stack Labs engineering team builds alongside the founder — core product features, integrations, and the AI layer all developed in parallel for speed.
We put working software in front of real users from week 5 onwards. Feedback is structured, not casual. We track usage, gather NPS, and make data-driven prioritisation decisions every sprint.
While the product is being built, we're simultaneously building the sales pipeline. Target customer list, outreach, discovery calls, and LOIs — so we have paying customers lined up before we launch.
Internal demo days every Friday with the Stack18 leadership team. Real feedback, hard questions, and course corrections made weekly — not at the end of 3 months.
Coordinated product launch with PR, community outreach, and platform distribution through Stack18's existing networks and platforms. We aim for paying customers within the first 48 hours.
First ₹10L ARR is the target before week 16. We track MRR, churn, and unit economics weekly. If we're off track, we adapt — not at the end of the programme.
Investor introductions from the Stack18 network, pitch deck refinement, data room setup, and prep for seed or pre-seed rounds. We don't just wish you luck — we open doors.
After 16 weeks, the venture graduates as an independent entity. Stack18 retains its equity stake and continues as a strategic partner and preferred technology vendor as you scale.
Our investment is primarily in-kind — engineering time, infrastructure, and operational support — valued at ₹50L+ per venture. This is supplemented with a cash component for working capital where needed.
A dedicated squad — product manager, 2–3 engineers, and a UI/UX designer — embedded in your venture for the full 16-week programme. Senior talent, not juniors.
AWS/GCP credits, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security tooling, and shared SaaS subscriptions. Everything a modern product team needs from day one.
Legal entity setup, finance, bookkeeping, compliance, and HR — handled by Stack18's operational team so founders can focus entirely on product and customers.
Access to Stack18's existing customer base across platforms, enterprise relationships, and an investor network for follow-on fundraising introductions.
A cash component for founder living expenses, travel, early marketing spend, and working capital needs during the build phase. Structured as SAFE or equity depending on the deal.
Weekly sessions with Stack18 leadership — product strategy, fundraising prep, customer development, and board-level thinking from operators who have built and sold products.
Stack Labs doesn't invest in every sector. We focus on areas where our team has deep expertise and where AI-native products can create a genuine, lasting competitive advantage.
Industry-specific SaaS products that replace generic horizontal tools with purpose-built solutions. We look for industries where incumbent software is outdated, expensive, and deeply unloved — but the switching cost has kept buyers captive. Healthcare ops, logistics management, legal workflow, manufacturing ERP, education administration.
Products where AI is not a feature bolted on — it is the core of what the product does. Autonomous agents, intelligent decision-support tools, AI-powered workflow orchestration, and systems that learn and improve with use. We especially back products that make existing non-technical teams significantly more capable.
The plumbing that makes B2B commerce work — procurement platforms, vendor management systems, B2B payment infrastructure, supply chain visibility tools, and marketplaces that bring efficiency to industries still running on phone calls and spreadsheets.
Tools that make other builders more productive. SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, data pipelines, monitoring tools, and infrastructure products that form the backbone of the next generation of software companies. We have particular conviction in the India-built, globally-deployed opportunity.
Stack Labs accepts 4–6 ventures per cohort from a competitive pool of applications. We evaluate on five dimensions — and founder quality always outweighs idea quality.
We don't require you to have a prototype, a deck, or traction. We do require you to know your market at a depth that most people never reach, and to have thought hard about why you are the right person to build this.
You understand your target market at a depth that would take an outsider years to acquire. You've worked in it, built for it, or lived the problem you're solving.
You see AI as the core of the product, not an add-on. You have a clear view of where intelligence creates an unfair advantage in your market.
You move fast. You make decisions with incomplete information. You're comfortable shipping imperfect things to learn, and you don't need consensus to act.
The problem you're solving is experienced by a large enough number of businesses that a ₹100Cr ARR outcome is plausible within 5 years.
We're going to be working together intensely for at least 16 weeks. We look for founders who want a genuine partner — not just resources.
Our own platforms were built through the Stack Labs model. Every new venture benefits from the same infrastructure, engineering, and market access that produced these.
India's SaaS discovery and procurement marketplace. Helps businesses find, evaluate, and buy software tools without the noise of aggressive vendor sales. 500+ products listed across 20+ categories.
The marketplace for autonomous AI agents. Businesses deploy pre-built AI agents for sales, ops, support, HR, and finance without writing code. 100+ agents, live in under an hour.
Visual data pipeline and transformation platform. Built for non-engineers who need production-grade data infrastructure without a data engineering team.
The next Stack Labs venture is being built. Applications for Cohort 3 are open.
Applications for each cohort open 8 weeks before the programme starts. The process takes 3–4 weeks from application to decision. We aim to give every applicant a clear, honest decision with feedback.
Fill in the application form — your background, the problem, the market, and why you're building this. No deck required at this stage. Takes 45–60 minutes.
We review every application within 5 business days. Shortlisted founders receive a 30-minute video call to discuss the opportunity and ask questions.
A 2-hour in-depth session with the Stack Labs team. We pressure-test the problem, the market, the product hypothesis, and the founder. No PowerPoint — just conversation.
Successful applicants receive a term sheet within 7 days of the deep dive. On signature, we start immediately — no waiting for the next cohort date.
If you have a question that isn't answered here, email us directly at Ventures@stack18.com. We respond to every message personally.
No. If you have deep domain expertise and a compelling problem, Stack Labs provides the engineering capability. We often match non-technical domain experts with technical talent from within the Stack18 team as part of the venture structure.
Typically 15–25%, negotiated based on the scale of contribution and the venture's maturity at entry. We take less equity if you're coming in with an existing product or early traction, and more if we're building from zero. All terms are transparent and negotiated fairly.
You can apply, but we expect full-time commitment from accepted founders by the time the programme starts. Stack Labs is an intensive, full-time engagement — it doesn't work part-time.
We're India-first but globally focused. Founders can be based anywhere, but we expect regular in-person collaboration during the programme — at least 2–3 weeks on-site in Jaipur for key milestones.
The venture becomes an independent entity. Stack18 retains its equity and remains a strategic shareholder and technology partner. Our engineering team can continue to support on a commercial basis as the company scales and builds its own team.
"The best startups don't fail because the idea was wrong. They fail because nobody had the execution infrastructure to turn the idea into a product, and the product into a business. Stack Labs exists to eliminate that excuse."

The SaaS discovery and procurement marketplace — built so modern businesses can find, evaluate, and deploy the right software tools without the weeks of wasted research, aggressive vendor calls, and buyer's remorse that usually follow.
The average SMB spends 3–6 weeks evaluating a single SaaS product. They're toggling between G2, Capterra, Reddit, and dozens of vendor websites — reading reviews they can't verify, watching demo calls designed to overwhelm, and making decisions based on who had the better sales pitch rather than who had the better product.
For enterprises, it's worse. Procurement involves legal, IT, finance, and a committee — and by the time everyone aligns, the business need has changed or the vendor has raised prices.
The result? Teams end up with tools they don't use, contracts they can't exit, and a software stack that grows messier every year.
SaasKart brings structure and intelligence to the entire software buying journey. From discovering the right tools for your specific context, to managing approvals, completing purchases, and tracking spend — it all happens in one place.
For vendors, SaasKart is a qualified distribution channel — not just another listing directory. Your product reaches buyers who are actively looking for exactly what you build, with the context to evaluate it fairly.
Reduce SaaS evaluation time from weeks to days
Centralise your entire software stack in one dashboard
Make procurement decisions on data, not sales pressure
Go beyond keyword search. Filter products by your industry, company size, tech stack, compliance requirements, and budget — and get ranked recommendations based on what similar businesses actually adopted and retained.
Request trials, receive and compare vendor quotes, route approvals to the right stakeholders, and execute purchases — all within SaasKart. No more context-switching across email threads, Slack channels, and spreadsheets.
Get a live view of every tool your business is paying for — seat counts, renewal dates, usage rates, and total spend. Identify unused licences, surface redundant tools, and get proactive renewal alerts before auto-renewals hit.
Every review on SaasKart is tied to a verified business account. No anonymous submissions, no inflated star ratings. Read what companies like yours actually experienced — the good, the limitations, and the support quality — before you buy.
For software vendors: manage your product listing, respond to reviews, publish release updates, and run targeted campaigns. Access a dashboard showing how many businesses are evaluating your product, where they drop off, and how your rating compares.
Connect SaasKart to your internal procurement systems, HRMS, ERP, or finance tools. Our REST API lets you sync product catalogues, automate approval workflows, and push spend data into your existing reporting infrastructure.
An ops team at a 200-person company is paying for 34 different SaaS subscriptions — many overlapping, some forgotten. They use SaasKart to audit their stack, identify three redundant project management tools, and negotiate consolidated contracts — cutting SaaS spend by 31%.
A bootstrapped startup founder needs to choose tools for CRM, HR, project management, billing, and support — all within a ₹1.5L annual budget. They use SaasKart's filters to find tools built for early-stage companies, read peer reviews from similar startups, and stand up their full stack in a week.
An enterprise IT director needs to evaluate five CRM platforms for a 1,200-person sales team. They use SaasKart to shortlist based on enterprise compliance requirements, collect structured quotes from all five vendors in one place, route approvals through their procurement committee, and complete the decision in 11 days instead of the usual 8 weeks.
SaasKart creates value for buyers and vendors simultaneously — a marketplace that only works when both sides benefit.
"SaasKart gave us a structured way to evaluate five CRM options without a single unsolicited sales call. We made a better decision, faster."
— Head of Operations, B2B SaaS Company
Tell SaasKart what you're looking for — your industry, team size, existing tools, budget, and must-have features. Takes 3 minutes.
The discovery engine surfaces the best-fit options with side-by-side comparisons, verified user reviews, and peer adoption data.
Request trials and quotes directly through SaasKart. Route decisions to your approval chain without a single email thread.
Your new tool is added to your SaasKart stack automatically. Track usage, manage renewals, and monitor ROI from one dashboard.
Yes. Buyers can discover, compare, and shortlist products at no cost. Procurement workflow features and advanced spend analytics are available on paid plans for teams with larger software portfolios.
Every reviewer must sign in with a verified business account. We cross-check company domains and purchasing history where available. Anonymous or incentivised reviews are not permitted and actively flagged.
No. Ranking in discovery results is based on relevance to the buyer's requirements, product rating, and adoption data. Vendors can run clearly-labelled promotional placements, but these never influence organic search rankings.
Submit your product through our vendor portal. Listings are reviewed within 3–5 business days. There is no listing fee — we charge a small success fee on transactions completed through the platform.
The AI agent marketplace — where businesses discover, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents for real operational tasks. No engineering team required. No months of integration work. Just plug in, configure, and go live.
The AI agent ecosystem is genuinely extraordinary right now — there are agents capable of qualifying leads, routing support tickets, processing invoices, screening CVs, drafting reports, and monitoring competitors. All in real time. All without human intervention.
But for most businesses, deploying one of these agents means hiring an AI engineer, setting up cloud infrastructure, building custom integrations with their existing tools, and then debugging it for weeks before it's production-stable.
That's a 2–4 month project and a ₹15–40L investment — for something that should take an afternoon.
AgentKart is the layer between AI capability and business reality. Every agent on the platform has already been built, tested, and optimised for real business environments. You configure it for your context — your triggers, your data, your tools — and deploy it without touching a line of code.
We maintain the underlying infrastructure. You own the outcomes. Your team focuses on decisions, not on debugging pipelines.
No engineering team needed to deploy or maintain agents
Works with your existing tools — CRM, email, Slack, ERP
Monitor, adjust, and pause agents from a single dashboard
Your top-of-funnel, fully automated. These agents qualify inbound leads against your ICP criteria, enrich contact data from public sources, personalise outreach sequences based on prospect behaviour, follow up at the right cadence, and update your CRM — without your team lifting a finger.
Eliminate the manual glue work that consumes your team. Process and route incoming documents, extract structured data from invoices and contracts, trigger approval flows, generate operational reports on schedule, and surface exceptions that need human review — automatically.
Handle the 60–80% of support interactions that don't need a human. These agents read tickets, search your knowledge base for accurate answers, respond with context-aware replies, route complex issues to the right human agent with full context, and close resolved tickets — round the clock.
Compress hours of research into minutes. These agents monitor competitor activity, track industry news, aggregate data from multiple sources, generate formatted research reports, and alert your team when something requires immediate attention — without human analysts doing the grunt work.
Hiring at speed without sacrificing quality. Screen CVs against your JD criteria, shortlist candidates based on scoring rubrics, schedule interviews across calendar availability, send personalised status updates to candidates, and handle standard HR queries from your team — all hands-off.
Bring automation to your finance function without expensive ERP customisation. Categorise and reconcile transactions, extract line items from invoices, flag anomalies in expense reports, generate period-close reports, monitor compliance deadlines, and surface discrepancies before they become audit findings.
Explore the marketplace. Filter by business function, integration compatibility, or use case. Read agent descriptions, see what tools each agent connects with, and review performance benchmarks from existing deployments.
Use the visual configuration interface to define the agent's triggers, decision logic, output format, and escalation rules. Customise its tone, thresholds, and scope to match your exact workflow. No developer required.
Authenticate your existing tools via OAuth or API keys — CRM, email, Slack, WhatsApp, databases, or any tool in our integration library. Connections are encrypted and auditable. Most common tools connect in under 5 minutes.
Go live. The orchestration dashboard shows every action the agent takes, every decision made, and every outcome achieved. Pause, adjust, or scale any agent at any time — with zero downtime and full audit trail.
"We deployed a lead qualification agent on a Friday afternoon. By Monday morning it had processed 47 inbound leads and booked 9 demo calls. Our SDR team now focuses entirely on conversations, not filtering."
— VP Sales, B2B SaaS Startup
"The invoice processing agent replaced 14 hours of weekly manual data entry. It's been live for three months with zero errors. That's just one agent."
— Finance Manager, Mid-size Logistics Company
No. The configuration interface is fully no-code. If you can fill in a form and connect your Google account, you can deploy an agent. For custom agent development, our team handles the engineering.
Every agent has configurable confidence thresholds. Below a set confidence level, the agent flags the task for human review instead of acting autonomously. You control exactly how much autonomy each agent has.
All data processed by agents is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't store your business data beyond what's needed for the agent to function. Enterprise plans include DPA agreements and data residency options.
Yes. Our Stack18 team can build custom agents for your specific workflow. Contact us with your requirements and we'll scope it within 48 hours.
An intelligent data pipeline and transformation platform — built so growing businesses can move, clean, transform, and operationalise their data without needing a dedicated data engineering team or months of custom build work.
Most growing businesses have data scattered across a CRM, a couple of databases, several SaaS tools, financial software, and a graveyard of spreadsheets that someone started and abandoned. Each of these systems holds a piece of the truth — but getting them to talk to each other means writing custom scripts, building ETL pipelines from scratch, or paying a data engineer ₹12–18L a year to maintain brittle infrastructure.
When the pipeline breaks — and it will — nobody knows until a dashboard shows stale data or a report quietly becomes wrong. By then, decisions have already been made on incorrect numbers.
DataForge gives non-engineers the power to build, schedule, and monitor production-grade data pipelines through a clean visual interface — without writing a line of code for most workflows. Connect your sources, define your transformations, set your schedule, and let DataForge handle the rest.
For teams that need SQL-level control, DataForge's transformation engine supports it. But you'll never need it just to move data from HubSpot to your warehouse.
Connect to any major database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, BigQuery), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), SaaS tool (Stripe, Shopify, Intercom), file system, or REST API — without writing a single integration. New connectors are added weekly based on user requests.
Build transformation logic by dragging, dropping, and configuring — no SQL required for standard operations like filtering, joining, aggregating, pivoting, and enriching. For advanced users, a full SQL editor is available alongside the visual builder in the same workflow.
Run pipelines on a fixed schedule (every hour, every day, every week), trigger them on events (new record created, file uploaded, webhook fired), or chain them into multi-step workflows where one pipeline's output becomes another's input — with full dependency management.
Every pipeline run is logged with full execution details — rows processed, transformation steps completed, errors encountered, and duration. Set threshold-based alerts for latency, failure rates, or data volume anomalies, and get notified via Slack, email, or webhook before stakeholders notice a problem.
Describe what you want in plain English — "take yesterday's HubSpot deals, join them with Stripe transactions, and load into BigQuery" — and DataForge drafts the pipeline configuration for you. Review, tweak, and deploy. Especially useful for teams without technical data expertise.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Role-based access controls let you define who can view, edit, or execute each pipeline. Full audit logs capture every change. For enterprises, self-hosted deployment and data residency options are available.
A SaaS company syncs Stripe subscription data, HubSpot deal pipeline, Razorpay transactions, and their own database into a single BigQuery dataset. DataForge runs a nightly pipeline that cleans, joins, and loads the data — giving their finance and growth teams a unified revenue view every morning.
An e-commerce brand pulls order data, support ticket history, NPS scores, email engagement rates, and app usage logs into a customer health score model. DataForge runs the aggregation pipeline every 6 hours — letting the CX team proactively reach out to at-risk accounts before they churn.
A logistics company that used to spend 6 hours every Friday compiling ops metrics now uses a DataForge pipeline that pulls data from their TMS, WMS, and carrier APIs, transforms it into a structured format, and loads it into a Google Sheet that auto-populates their leadership report template. Six hours of manual work → fully automated.
DataForge is in private beta with a select group of early adopters. We're deliberately keeping this cohort small — we want companies who will use it deeply, give us honest feedback, and help us build something genuinely excellent rather than just functional.
Beta participants get full platform access at no cost for the duration of the beta, direct access to the product team (not a support queue), priority feature requests, and guaranteed discounted pricing at public launch.
Scale-ups and mid-size businesses that have valuable data but lack the engineering resources to operationalise it.
Operations, finance, or growth teams spending significant time on manual data collection, cleaning, and reporting.
Teams willing to tell us what isn't working, not just what they like. We build better with honest signal.
Companies that see DataForge as infrastructure — not a point solution — and want a platform that grows with them.
The operational intelligence layer for modern businesses — giving founders, CEOs, and operations teams a real-time, AI-powered view of how their business is actually running, not how they think it is.
Ask any founder or COO where their business actually stands right now — not where the board deck says it stands, but right now, today — and most of them can't give you a precise answer.
Their data is spread across a CRM that the sales team updates inconsistently, a finance system that produces reports once a month, project management tools that nobody fills in properly, and a dozen spreadsheets that are always slightly out of date. To get a coherent picture, someone has to manually pull all of this together — which means leadership is always operating with a view that's at least a week behind reality.
The result: reactive decision-making, missed early warning signs, and teams that keep solving the same problems because nobody connected the dots.
OpsAxis connects to every operational system your business runs on and synthesises what's happening into a clear, real-time picture. Not another BI dashboard full of charts you have to interpret — but a living operational view that tells you what's changed, what's drifting, what needs your attention, and why.
OpsAxis doesn't replace your tools. It sits above them, giving you a coherent view of the whole without disrupting anything that's already working.
Connect your CRM, finance tools, project management, support platform, HR system, and any other operational tool — and OpsAxis assembles a unified, real-time view across revenue, team, operations, and customer health. One screen, the whole business, updated continuously.
OpsAxis doesn't just show you numbers — it tells you what's changing and what it might mean. Pipeline velocity slowing down? OpsAxis surfaces it with context, not just a red number. CAC rising this month? It correlates it with campaign spend changes and flags it for your attention before it hits your P&L.
Set threshold-based alerts for any metric — or let OpsAxis learn your business's normal operating ranges and alert you automatically when something drifts outside of them. Get notifications via Slack, email, or WhatsApp before issues become crises. Early signal, not post-mortems.
Attach decisions, notes, and context directly to metrics and time periods. When you look back at why revenue dipped in Q3, you'll see the note you made at the time — "new pricing rolled out, expect 4-week lag." Build an institutional memory so your business doesn't keep rediscovering the same lessons.
Stop spending Sunday evenings compiling a weekly ops summary from seven different sources. OpsAxis gives you a live pulse on the business so you can spend your cognitive bandwidth on decisions, not data gathering.
OpsAxis surfaces the early signals that operational problems generate before they become visible in lagging metrics. Catch capacity constraints, process bottlenecks, and team friction early — and intervene before they impact the business.
Investors with OpsAxis access to portfolio companies can see real-time operational health without waiting for monthly board packs. Founders spend less time on reporting; investors get better signal. Everyone wins.
OpsAxis is being built right now at Stack Labs. We're working with a small cohort of design partners — operators and founders who will work directly with our product team to define what OpsAxis should do, how it should feel, and what it takes to make it genuinely indispensable.
Design partners get early access, free use during development, dedicated onboarding support, and guaranteed founder pricing at public launch. In return, we ask for honest feedback, regular check-ins with the product team, and permission to feature your company as a case study (optional).
